The receptionist greets patients with genuine greetings ; cleans hearing aids really well. The resident hearing professional is Joel Bank. Joel is so very friendly and gives excellent hearing and hearing aids information and services. He is very detailed in providing information about personal hearing levels, giving comparisons with former hearing tests. Joel answers all questions regarding hearing aids and batteries; I am impressed about his updated technology with the inner ears and hearing comparisons. Overall, an A- plus quality of my hearing appointment! Highly recommend!
